What do the stone measurements and total stone weight mean?

Each round, white Crushed Shell Pearl accent stone measures 1.6 Mm. The 0.14 ct figure is the total stone weight for all of the stones, rather than the weight of one individual accent stone. Prongs hold each stone at a few points and leave the rest open.
